The product arrived but the shipping company gave an incorrect phone number to the truck driver and the item arrived over a week later than expected. This is the second Merit 725T that I ordered (one was for a family member) and as other reviews indicate, not all of the pre-drilled holes line up with the hardware. I either ended up re-drilling holes or kept certain hardware out as long as it didn't affect the use of the treadmill. Overall the treadmill is great for the price which is why I did buy a second one.
