We received this treadmill about one month ago, and have used it nearly every day since then for light jogging (6-7 mph).
It arrived in good time, and set-up was very simple. Balancing the belt took a bit of fine-tuning, but was not a problem. My wife and I are very happy with the price we paid for this machine.
